Went today to try the chicken sandwich. Lines were long and the wait was also longer. However, the gentleman at the register was extremely nice and helpful. He was attentive and apologetic. He was very accommodating to everyone who was waiting for their food. Unfortunately, with all the chaos ,I was missing sides and got the wrong order. I called and the manager immediately apologized and offer to replace my order . When I went back they immediately assisted me and replaced my order right away. Great team work. The whole staff was working in unison trying to manage the crowds and the young man at the register offered such amazing customer service that no one seemed to mind the lines or the wait. Highly recommend this location .
We ordered a few meals. The order taker wasn't very friendly. They told us the chicken sandwich would be available on Thursday and they were already sold out. Also, they forgot some of our food.
Their saving grace was the helpful manager and the very nice girl at the window.
Had lunch here on 10/30/18. My dad is a shrimp junkie (no lie, he would inject them into his veins, if he could). When he came down from Santa Fe for work and was able to meet for a quick bite, Popeyes seemed the best solution. I'm a point counter, and for any WW member, finding fast food we can have, is difficult. I got the blackened chicken tenders (1 point! For 5), and mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy (4 points!) it was really good. My dad had a mountain of popcorn shrimp and battered fish filets. He ate them all. Every last one. I was impressed that they were able to fill him up on shrimp. (Seriously, he could OD if not careful) The young man at the cash register, who is from Florida, was super cool, and made the restaurant feel classier than a fast food joint. I recommend this for WW indulgence, or just some quick, yummy Cajun style food.
This place is great! Always go out of their way to accommodate their customers needs. And the food is terrific. Always come in every week. Thank you to the staff who greet you with a beautiful smile and a goodbye.
The food is okay but the service, especially the customer service, is horrible.
If you go:
#1. Don't be in a hurry,
#2. Double check your order,
#3. Prepare to have the manager, Daniel, argue with you when he forgets part of your order. He is not interested in happy customers or even giving you what you paid for. After 15 minutes of his excuses, I finally gave up on him actually correcting his error. He did offer to have me drive all the way there so he could refund me $3. That's worth it!
Needless to say, I will be going to anywhere he is not. It's a shame because I spent $60-$70 every time I would go there. I'm sure many others are not returning based on the service.
